The Beulah Convention & Visitors Bureau offers its
services to support all groups whether they are small or large attendance
numbers.
We will sit down with your committee to assist in coordination with
your lodging, registration, tours, VIP welcomes, area information, media
promotion and more.

you with ease of planning; we are your source for a successful gathering.

Meetings/Conventions/Reunions
Some of the valuable services that the Beulah Convention & Visitors Bureau can
provide include:
- Assistance with facility and date availability.
Hospitality Packets: Include registration bags, brochures, maps,
etc.
Name Badges: 1-day adhesive badges, multi-day holder badges (Advance
notice required)
Welcome Signs: Provide a 2' x 5' "Welcome" banner (Free of charge
for multiple-day conventions).
Registration Assistance (Advance notice required).
VIP Welcome - opening welcome can be arranged.
Assistance planning tours/spouse programs.
Electronic Message Board – Events will be welcomed on the message
board located on Main St & 1st Ave.
These services are provided FREE of charge unless otherwise stated.
