The Beulah Public Library offers many services including story time and other programs for kids and teens, various adult programs, computers with internet and Microsoft software, free Wi-Fi, a microfilm reader, printing, faxing, copying, access to newspapers and magazines, and DVD and book rentals.

Located west of Highway 49, and the corner of 6th Ave NW. It includes a ½ acre playground area, benches, and a basketball court.

Located on the  side of 1st Avenue NE - 1330 1st Ave NE, Beulah, ND. The park consists of a playground area with benches and a basketball court, picnic tables, and is approximately . 40 acres.

Located on the East side of Cottontail Drive located in Country Club Estates on the southern end of Beulah. It has a playground area, benches, and shaded trees.

Located on 807 Cypress Drive in Beulah, right behind the ambulance bay. This park sits on  .40 acres with lots of mature trees. The playground was upgraded in 2020 with benches and a basketball court.

Located on the corner of 11th Ave NE and 6th Street NE. Approximately ½ acre and includes an open turf area and a playground area with benches.

McKenzie Park consists of four major facilities: Goldmann Field, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a skate park. Located east of Central Ave and north of 5th Street and south of 7th Street. This park sits on nearly 10 acres. Goldmann Field: host site for the BPD Babe Ruth and Legion teams along with the Beulah High School baseball team. Tennis Courts: two full-size tennis courts with benches Basketball Courts: two full-size basketball courts with benches Skate Park: multiple ranks at different sizes, benches, and separate parking.

Located on the northwest corner of 19th Street NE and 4th Avenue NE. Nearly one acre in size, the park includes an outdoor ice-skating rink, a playground with bench seating, and a Free Little Library bookcase.

Located on the corner of Fair Street and Central Ave South, this park is approximately .40 acres and is composed of a swing set, a climbing wall, and small open turf area, two benches, and a basketball court.

The Energy Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art facility built in 2018 to help Mercer County residents focus on healthy activities. 

Available year-round recreation ranges from the typical weight and cardio rooms to group exercise and even a golf simulator.

For the wellness of our furry friends, Sparks Dog Park right next door, will allow them to run, frolic and play.

When summer heats up, families head to the Beulah Waterpark to cool off. 

The waterpark offers a colossal slide, open and lap swim, exercise classes, swimming lessons and more!

Beulah has a dozen city parks perfect for picnics, family gatherings and other fun-filled family time. One of the most popular is Riverside Park, 25 acres on the south bank of the Knife River. Visitors enjoy the high school football field, three separate playground areas, horseshoe pits, five picnic shelters and a frisbee golf course. There are even campsites, some with electricity and others as primitive camping, with access to a modern shower and restroom facility.

Beulah is home to the Mercer County Fair, a highlight for the region every July. Music concerts, rodeos for adults and youth, cornhole tournaments, 4-H and FFA exhibits and bull riding are some great exhibits and events to attend. And no county fair would be complete without the wonderful summertime food vendors!
