North Dakota Department of Commerce Unveils Innovative Candidate Marketplace for Find the Good Life Program

The North Dakota Department of Commerce is excited to announce the launch of the Candidate Marketplace, a groundbreaking new tool designed to connect employers with a pre-qualified pool of talent seeking relocation to North Dakota. This initiative is part of the Find the Good Life program, a comprehensive effort to attract skilled workers to the state.
Developed in collaboration with RoleCall, the Candidate Marketplace is the largest of its kind to date, boasting over 1,500 candidates actively interested in a move to North Dakota. These individuals have already expressed their interest through the Find the Good Life Relocation Help Desk.
