Beulah water park officials are expecting to have the facility open by mid-June now that the majority of the leaks are repaired.

As many as seven major leaks were discovered during an investigation of the city of Beulah’s water park facility and repairs were done earlier this month by Associated Pools of Bismarck. The company, which built the pool, removed concrete at the facility to get to the leaks. The water park committee, headed by Jessica Hager, is now looking to hire a concrete company to refill several areas at the facility.

“There are several different places. Along north end of the pool by the slide, a portion over by the lazy river and a couple other spots,” Hager said. “There was only one leak we found that we are not going to fix because we believe the pipe that is cracked is in the parking lot area.”
