After bringing home two state titles at the 2022 North Dakota High School Rodeo Association finals, Colter Martin has some unfinished business to complete this year.
“I hope to win state in all three of my events and qualify for nationals,” Martin, who was the state champion for cow cutting and reined cow horse in 2022.
