CITY OF BEULAH SELECTED FOR MY TOWN DOCUMENTARY SERIES

BEULAH, N.D. – The City of Beulah Economic Development is pleased to announce that Beulah has been selected as the featured community for an upcoming episode of the MyTown documentary series, a nationally recognized storytelling initiative that showcases communities across America through authentic stories of their people, industries, culture, and quality of life.

The project is being made possible through a partnership between City of Beulah Economic Development and funding support from the Beulah Convention & Visitors Bureau. Through the MyTown series, Beulah will receive more than a year of production, promotion, marketing, and storytelling opportunities designed to elevate the community's profile on a regional and national level.

The documentary will highlight the many factors that contribute to Beulah's success, including its strong economy, educational opportunities, healthcare services, public safety, recreational amenities, housing development, agricultural heritage, energy production, and exceptional quality of life.

"Being selected for the My Town series provides a tremendous opportunity to tell Beulah's story on a much larger stage," said Beaver Brinkman. "We want viewers to see the people, businesses, and organizations that make Beulah a great place to live, work, raise a family, and build a future."

Filming will take place throughout 2026 and will feature local residents, businesses, community leaders, agricultural producers, educators, healthcare professionals, and industry representatives. Storylines will explore workforce housing, energy production, agriculture, outdoor recreation, entrepreneurship, workforce opportunities, and the community spirit that continues to drive Beulah's growth and success.

Episodes are scheduled to premiere in early 2027, with marketing and promotional opportunities continuing beyond the broadcast release. Community leaders believe the project will serve as a valuable tool for economic development, workforce recruitment, tourism promotion, business attraction, and community pride.

"Beulah's story is one of innovation, resilience, opportunity, and community," Brinkman said. "We are excited to share that story with audiences across the country and showcase the opportunities that exist for current and future generations."
