Beulah Convention & Visitors Bureau Welcomes Laura Benz to Board of Directors

BEULAH, N.D. — The Beulah Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Benz to its Board of Directors, effective August 5, 2026.

Laura is the owner and operator of Benz Insurance, a family-owned business with longstanding roots in the Beulah community. Her connection to Beulah extends beyond her professional career and reflects a family legacy of community involvement and public service. Her father, Darold Benz, served as Mayor of Beulah, continuing a tradition of civic leadership and commitment to the community.
In addition to her professional career, Laura is actively involved in the Beulah community. She serves on several local boards and regularly volunteers her time to support community events and organizations. Her commitment to service, leadership, and community engagement has made her a valued contributor to the community and a strong advocate for Beulah and its continued growth.
“We are excited to welcome Laura to the Board,” said Kevin Flaagan, Chair of the Beulah CVB Board of Directors. “Her business experience, community involvement, and passion for Beulah will be a tremendous asset as we continue promoting our community and strengthening tourism.” As a member of the Board of Directors, Laura will help guide the CVB’s efforts to market Beulah as a destination for visitors while supporting local businesses, events, and initiatives that contribute to the community’s quality of life and economic vitality.
