North Dakota Angel Match Program funds healthcare, app development, and tech solution companies

The North Dakota Development Fund (NDDF) has finalized three new investments through its Angel Match Program (AMP).
- TheraTec, is a Horace-based digital healthcare company redefining rehabilitation in orthopedics by combining a cloud-based data analytics platform with easy-to-use, wearable technologies.
- Wheelhouse Games is a free, interactive app for users age 13+. Users enter contests and stay engaged by making predictions throughout the event. Once the contest is finished, top scorers earn gift cards and cash prizes.
- Project Phoenix Technologies is a Fargo-based technology company offering engineering teams around the world an instant application programming interface (API) engine that reduces project development time while also increasing the speed to production for software integrations, new projects, digital transformation, and other cloud-based performance optimizations.
“We are happy to announce the funding of these investments through our Angel Match Program (AMP),” Commerce Head of Investments and Innovation Shayden Akason said. “It’s great to see the program stimulate funding from the investment community and catalyze industry growth. Each business received funding to assist with working capital expenses to support their development at the early stages of their businesses."
